soin no recolecta tus datos. No hay cuenta, no hay servidor y la app no tiene forma de enviar nada a ningún lado: no contiene código de red.
Tu ánimo, tu energía, la nota opcional que escribas y las etiquetas de contexto que elijas. Todo eso se guarda en una base de datos local, dentro de tu iPhone.
Además se guardan algunas preferencias: si completaste la introducción, si activaste el recordatorio y a qué hora, el tema que elegiste, tu vocabulario de etiquetas y si quieres incluir tus datos en las copias de seguridad.
Solo tú. Nadie más. Quien desarrolla soin no puede verlos, porque nunca salen de tu dispositivo.
1. Si haces una copia de seguridad de tu iPhone. Tus registros pueden quedar incluidos en la copia de iCloud o de tu computadora. Puedes evitarlo: en Ajustes de soin hay un interruptor para excluir tus datos de las copias de seguridad. Cuando la copia se hace, quien la maneja es Apple, con sus propias condiciones.
2. Si exportas tus datos. Puedes generar un CSV o un PDF y elegir a dónde enviarlo. Desde ese momento el archivo está donde lo pusiste, y esta política ya no lo alcanza.
En ningún otro caso sale nada.
La base de datos de soin usa la protección de archivos de iOS: con el iPhone bloqueado, sus archivos no se pueden leer. Los archivos que exportas usan una protección todavía más estricta.
El recordatorio diario no incluye ningún dato tuyo: siempre dice lo mismo, así que en la pantalla bloqueada no se filtra nada.
soin no tiene bloqueo propio con Face ID. La protección la da el bloqueo de tu iPhone. Si alguien tiene tu teléfono desbloqueado en la mano, puede leer tus registros.
En Ajustes puedes borrar todos tus datos. Se borra la base de datos, todas tus preferencias y los recordatorios programados, y la app vuelve al principio.
Eso no alcanza a los archivos que ya exportaste ni a las copias de seguridad que ya hiciste. Esos los tienes que borrar tú, donde estén.
Las leyes de protección de datos —entre ellas el RGPD europeo— dan derechos como acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos o llevártelos.
En soin esos derechos no dependen de que se los pidas a nadie: ya los tienes en la app. Tus datos están en tu dispositivo, los puedes ver y editar cuando quieras, exportarlos en CSV o PDF, y borrarlos por completo. No hay ningún pedido que hacer, porque no hay nadie del otro lado que tenga una copia.
soin no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no pide la edad, porque no pide ningún dato personal.
soin es una herramienta de registro personal. No es un producto sanitario, no diagnostica, no evalúa y no da recomendaciones terapéuticas. Si necesitas ayuda, consulta con un profesional.
Si alguna versión futura cambia algo de lo de acá, esta página se actualiza antes de que ese cambio llegue a la App Store.

soin does not collect your data. There is no account, no server, and the app has no way to send anything anywhere: it contains no networking code.
Your mood, your energy, the optional note you write, and the context tags you pick. All of it is stored in a local database inside your iPhone.
It also stores a few preferences: whether you finished the intro, whether you turned the reminder on and at what time, the theme you chose, your tag vocabulary, and whether you want your data included in backups.
You. Nobody else. Whoever develops soin cannot see them, because they never leave your device.
1. If you back up your iPhone. Your entries may be included in an iCloud or computer backup. You can prevent this: soin's Settings has a switch to exclude your data from backups. Once a backup is made, Apple handles it under its own terms.
2. If you export your data. You can generate a CSV or a PDF and choose where to send it. From that moment the file is wherever you put it, and this policy no longer reaches it.
Nothing leaves in any other case.
soin's database uses iOS file protection: while your iPhone is locked, its files cannot be read. Files you export use an even stricter protection.
The daily reminder contains none of your data — it always says the same thing, so nothing leaks on the lock screen.
soin has no Face ID lock of its own. Your iPhone's lock is the protection. If someone has your unlocked phone in hand, they can read your entries.
In Settings you can erase all your data. The database, all your preferences, and any scheduled reminders are deleted, and the app returns to the start.
That does not reach files you already exported or backups you already made. Those you have to delete yourself, wherever they are.
Data protection laws — including the European GDPR — grant rights such as accessing, correcting, deleting, or taking your data with you.
In soin those rights do not depend on asking anyone: you already have them in the app. Your data is on your device, you can view and edit it whenever you want, export it as CSV or PDF, and erase it completely. There is no request to file, because there is nobody on the other side holding a copy.
soin is not directed at children under 13 and does not ask for age, because it asks for no personal data at all.
soin is a personal logging tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, it does not assess, and it gives no therapeutic recommendations. If you need help, talk to a professional.
If a future version changes anything here, this page is updated before that change reaches the App Store.
